3. Quotation: We will promptly provide you with a detailed quotation that includes the pricing for the crops you wish to grow, along with any additional services you may require.

4. Order Confirmation: Once you are satisfied with the quotation and the terms, confirm your order by providing written consent or signing an agreement.

5. Payment Terms: As part of our payment terms, we require a 30% deposit before we begin preparing the designated land and planting your crops. The remaining 70% of the payment will be due upon completion of the order, after your crops have been harvested and loaded for delivery.

6. Field Preparation: We will prepare the designated land in our Kasungu farm for the cultivation of your crops, ensuring optimal growing conditions.

7. Planting and Growth Monitoring: Our team of expert agronomists will carefully plant and monitor the growth of your crops throughout the cultivation period.

8. Quality Assurance: We maintain strict quality control measures to ensure the health and proper development of your crops, adhering to sustainable agricultural practices.

9. Harvesting and Delivery: Once your crops have reached maturity, we will carefully harvest and prepare them for delivery according to your preferred timeline.

10. Delivery Options: We prefer that the delivery is on the customer's side, as this may provide more flexibility and cost-saving options. However, if you wish, we can organize the delivery for you, although this might involve additional expenses.
